BIOGRAPHY
I grew up wrestling for 14 years. In high school I was a two time state placer, then continued to wrestle on scholarship in college. I was a first string wrestler for 2 years and a 2012 Olympic Qualifier. In 2013 I transferred to Central Washington University where I played 2 years of NCAA Rugby. I graduated with my Bachelors in Science in Health Education with a Coaching minor.

Right out of college I was offered my first Varsity Assistant coaching job at Lakeside High School, where I spent two years coaching. In 2018 I coached the Junior women's national team. Currently I am a Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach at Redmond High School. And the Head Wrestling Coach at Timberline Middle School.

I have been in the Fitness Industry for 3+ years now holding two different CPT certificates. The NASM & ACE have been my choice so far, and I am still continuing my education with the CSCS.
